What are my payment options if I make a purchase from CDL FINESHINE?

CDL FINESHINE accepts all major credit and debit cards, and we are glad to accept payment through verified user account services such as verified PayPal or WIRE Transfer(Bank Transfer). Please note that any order over $2,000 is payable by bank wire only.
Tracking information is given to customer within 48 hours after shipment.

What is order processing?

Order processing is preparation or process of your order. Order processing time is the time between clearance of the payment and shipping the order.

It is usually 4-7 working days and may take upto 2 more days depends on the number of pending orders and the size of the orders. We do our best to ship out your package as soon as possible.

During preparation of your order, In case if we are not able to prepare particular lot(s) in your required amount, we consider the same price as you had paid(as in the invoice) and refund certain money back or adjust in other lots you ordered upon your permission(as per your convenience). This can happen very rarely but it’s just to be in the safe side if such issue happens during preparation of the order.

I need my order Urgently! Can you get it delivered Faster?

We can certainly try.. for this you need to share your requirement by filling our “Quote Me” or “Contact us” form and we will get back to you ASAP to let you know when is the earliest we can get your order delivered!

Do you charge anything else for Order processing and handling?

No, we don’t charge anything for Order processing and handling. We only charge for shipping and that’s also not more than what shipping service charges from us.

Is my shipment safe?

All of our shipments are fully insured by either FedEx or Brinks or Malca-Amit and we require signature of receipt on all orders regardless the order size to ensure that your purchase has reached its destination safely.

Will I pay sales tax?

The sales tax is included in the price listed.

What is your international shipping policy?

We ship to all major Countries.

Please note that receiver is responsible for any customs duties or taxes levied by international authorities. CDL FINESHINE suggests that you contact your country’s local authorities to verify taxes and duties that apply before completing your purchase with us.

What if I want to make a return?

If you are not completely happy with your CDL FINESHINE purchase, you are free to return it within 2 days of the receipt date for refund. We charge 15% restocking fees on return.

Do you protect my privacy?

CDL FINESHINE will not share your information with third parties. Please review our Privacy Policy for more information.

How do I know that the quality diamond I am buying is what I am receiving?

CDL FINESHINE ensures that the Diamonds you buy is what you receive. Diamonds you order are sorted by our highly experienced professional staff. If you choose to have your diamond appraised, we can guarantee that diamonds will be found as described.

Also, if you are ready to bear certification cost we can provide you certificate along with your purchased diamonds. The offer is to ensure the quality we provide. However you don’t have to go for certificate option if it affects your budget since we supply “SAME AS PROMISSED QUALITY” whether you ask for certified or non-certified diamonds.

RETURN POLICY

Our policy lasts 2 days. If 2 days have gone by since you received the item, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. We charge 15% restocking fee on returns and rest of the amount is refunded immediately after confirming returned diamonds in the original condition.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 2 days after delivery.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund.

If your claim is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. The shipping charge you paid when purchasing will not be refunded.
